Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Not at all. We want you to work with us because we are providing value to your organization, not because you are locked into a contract. You can cancel the agreement at any time, we simply request 30 days’ notice.
What if I don’t use all my allotted hours or if I need extra hours?
We offer flexibility to carry hours forward to the following month or to use extra hours in advance. This enables us to manage capacity together and adjust based on the current volume of projects. Hours used in advance are subject to resource availability.
How do I track the usage of my hours?
Elantis provides detailed monthly reporting so you can easily manage this subscription. We meet with you every month to review the report, review the status of current projects, and discuss what projects are planned in the future, so we stay in alignment and you always get value for your investment.
How does this model differ from IT staffing services?
While IT staffing services provides a single resource to work as an extension of your team, Elantis’ managed project services model provides an entire team, including a Program Manager to ensure we delivery on project objectives and an Enterprise Architect to provide guidance on your technology roadmap and strategy. We provide a team of consultants, such as business analysts, architects, developers, and support personnel to execute the approved projects, so that you are not limited to one individual’s skillset and perspective. For example, you might need an automation expert for one project, and a data analytics specialist for another, and someone to provide training for a third one – this model gives you the flexibility to work with our entire team.
Another difference between our managed project services model and staff placements is that because we deliver work on a project basis, Elantis managed the scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables on the projects. This frees up time since we handle the management of our team, and are responsible to ensure that each project’s objectives are met. This model reduces risk for you.
Can I make changes to the hourly subscription?
Yes! Your subscription can be adjusted with 30 days’ notice. We work with you to plan on a monthly and annual basis to keep your subscription aligned with your needs.
Who manages the assigned resources & projects?
Elantis provides a Program Manager to manage project scope, budget, and schedule, along with resource allocation. We handle the work just like a stand-alone project, so you can focus on your business priorities.
How many projects does the team work on at one time?
It’s up to you! The team can focus on one project at a time or can carry out multiple projects concurrently, depending on your needs and the volume of hours in your subscription. We prioritize and schedule the projects with you collaboratively every month.
