Edmonton, Alberta — May 8, 2019 — Elantis announced three of its customers are finalists in the 2019 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards: Bittrex, DynLIFE MD, and the Alberta Teachers’ Association.
The Nintex Solution Innovation Awards recognize customer organizations who are driving impactful and innovative business solutions leveraging the powerful and easy-to-use Nintex Platform.

Each of these finalists has demonstrated the value of Nintex solutions through increased productivity, cost reduction, and improvements in the user experience.

Bittrex Customer Onboarding Solution
Elantis created a customer onboarding workflow that saved Bittrex over $500,000 in reduced resourcing requirements within the first year, and has lowered the onboarding processing time from over a week to less than two days. The incremental revenue generated from this process improvement is in the millions due to faster onboarding, improved customer experience, increased customer retention, and increased customer engagement.
DynaLIFE MD Accounts Payable Solution
At DynaLIFE MD, Elantis created a Nintex solution that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to eliminate manual re-entry of invoices, automate payment approvals, and improve visibility and tracking. The Nintex solution reduced DynaLIFE’s invoice processing time from 7-10 days down to a few hours.
The Alberta Teachers’ Association Document Production Solution
The Alberta Teachers’ Association’s document production team processes over 1,000 requests annually and was using paper forms for this process. Elantis created a Nintex form and workflow to automate the process, effectively reducing the average time to complete a request by at least 20%. The improvements in tracking revisions and approvals have save the team an estimated 10 hours per week.

Award finalists were selected based on nominations submitted by Nintex customers and partners earlier this year. The worldwide winners of 2019 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards will be announced on June 3, 2019, and will also be celebrated at the 2019 Nintex ProcessFest conference in Bellevue, Wash., Sept. 30 – October 3, 2019, at the W Hotel.
